🔄 Return Eligibility

A product may qualify for return when it is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original components, labels, accessories, and packaging.

Customers should submit a return request within the return period displayed by the store. Items sent without approval may not be accepted or correctly matched to the order.

🚫 Products That May Be Ineligible

A return may be declined when an item:

• Shows signs of use, wear, washing, or modification

• Is missing packaging, parts, or accessories

• Has been damaged through improper handling

• Is marked as final sale or non-returnable

• Is a personal-use item that has been opened

• Was returned without prior authorization

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers should report damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products soon after delivery. Clear photographs of the item, shipping package, label, and affected area may be required.

📦 Return Shipping

Return instructions and the appropriate return destination are provided after approval. Customers should not send products to an unconfirmed location.

Unless the return results from a verified store error, return shipping costs may remain the customer’s responsibility.

💰 Refund Review

Returned items are inspected after arrival. Approved refunds are processed after the item and order information have been verified. Original shipping charges may be excluded unless required by applicable standards or caused by a confirmed store error.
